What to do in case of an accident:
- If possible, pull out of the way of other traffic
- Make sure that you and your passengers are okay
- Notify the police
- Do not admit fault
- Exchange information with the other drivers involved, including name, address, phone number, license plate number, and insurance company name and policy number.
- Note any potential witnesses, or lack of witnesses
- Make notes regarding the setting of the accident. Note the time of day, location, direction of travel, visibility, or any other relevant information.

Our expert Paint Technicians understand how important it is to have a good exterior finish on today’s vehicles and they take pride in making that happen. One way that we have done this is by staying on top of the evolution of vehicle paint technology. Paint products have evolved significantly over the years. Most recently in 2012, we were area leaders by implementing PPG’s environmentally friendly waterbased paint system known as Envirobase. We take pride in having been the first shop in our area to make that move and take even more pride in knowing that because of us leading the way other shops in our area have now followed suit.
Our Refinish Technicians are trained to:
- Perform a pre-refinishing quality control inspection of all of the involved body panels
- Use proper bodypanel prep techniques and utilize only the highest quality prepping materials
- Utilize advanced color matching techniques
- Utilize PPG’s Environmentally Friendly Envirobase Waterborne Paint System (www.envirobase.com)
- Utilize the best quality spray equipment for the Envirobase Paint System
- Perform a post-refinishing quality control inspection and perform any polishing that is necessary.
Estimating/Insurance Claims
With 20 years of estimating experience and dealing directly with insurance companies, insurance adjusters, and claim handlers, relationships and trust have been formed which can make the claim handling process more effective and efficient. We utilize state of the art computerized estimating and assessment equipment in order to generate and provide an accurate damage estimate to your insurance company to get the repair process moving forward efficiently. We understand that most people are not experienced in the claims process and we are more than willing to answer all of your questions and handle as much of the claim process for you as we can. To our customer’s, we understand that there is nothing convenient about a collision loss. It is our goal to help ease your stress and help make the situation less inconvenient. By simply providing us with an insurance company name and claim number, we are usually able to deal directly with them to fully handle the vehicle repair side of any insurance claim.
Loaner Cars
We understand that most customers do not have an extra car sitting around to drive while their car is being repaired. It is for this reason that we have purchased and maintain a fleet of loaner cars so we are able to provide one to our customers when needed to help make the claim handling and repair process less inconvenient.
